2. Data collected

The Auxi app stores locally on your device accounting data, links, notes and other information you use. In addition, certain features — such as messages, group conversations, translation suggestions and media suggestions — are stored on our server so they can be delivered to other users or reviewed by administrators. The app does not sell or share data with third parties. Messages sent via the contact form are stored on our server and deleted within 90 days.

• Providing and developing the service
• Responding to contact requests
• Technical operation of the app (local storage)
• Delivering communication and community content between users

4. Data retention

Data saved by the app is mostly stored on your device and in iCloud backup (if enabled). Our server also processes messages, conversations, translation and media suggestions, and contact form submissions. Contact form data is automatically deleted within 90 days. Other server-stored content is not kept indefinitely: to optimize the service's resources, administrators may delete content older than 2–3 months for which there is no specific reason to retain it.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

The site does not use tracking cookies. A session cookie is used solely for login management and is not shared with third parties.
