1. Service provider

The Auxi app and Auxi+ subscription service are provided by TenGames Oy (Y-tunnus 3498434-3). Contact: info@auxi.me

2. Use of the service

Auxi is a personal everyday tool. The service may only be used for lawful purposes. The user is responsible for their own content and the security of their accounts.

3. Auxi+ subscription

Auxi+ is an automatically renewing subscription billed according to the chosen period (monthly or annual) from your Apple ID.

• The subscription gives access to all premium features for the subscription period.
• Renewal is charged 24 hours before the period ends.
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time from App Store subscription settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• After cancellation, premium features remain accessible until the end of the already paid period.

4. Changes to the service

TenGames Oy continuously develops Auxi. We reserve the right to add, modify or remove features. Significant changes will be announced either in the app or on the website at least 30 days in advance. If the changes are not acceptable, subscribers have the right to cancel without additional cost.

5. Pricing

Subscription prices are shown in the app before purchase. Prices may be adjusted. Price changes will be announced in advance — subscribers have the opportunity to cancel before the new billing period.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". TenGames Oy does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted availability. The service also uses third-party APIs whose downtime or discontinuation depends on those parties — including possible maintenance breaks at the hosting provider. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data, so we recommend backing up your data especially if you delete the app from your phone. Previous data is not available upon reinstallation, so it is important to familiarise yourself with the backup feature via the button at the bottom of the iPhone app's main menu. 7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. Consumers have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

9. Data retention

To optimize the service's resources, content (including messages and conversations) is not stored indefinitely. Administrators may delete content older than 2–3 months for which there is no specific reason to retain it.
